- How long do shipments take?
Custom-fit suit suits, tuxedos and blazers will be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Casual shirts and accessories will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. You will be able to track the package as soon as it's been shipped for delivery.

- Can I change my body measurements after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, once you have provided your measurements you will not be able to change the order. However, additional fabric will be left in your outfit for any future alterations.
- How do I place a group wedding order?
Please send an email to info@uniquethreadscollection.com with all the details. We will work with you to process the group order. All group orders of 4 or more will automatically receive a discount.
- How can I get in contact with customer service?
All customer related inquires can be directed to info@uniquethreadscollection.com. We will respond to emails within 24-48 hours. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns
- How do I ensure the measurements are accurate?
You have serveral options, you can visit your local tailor or dry cleaner that specializes in alterations. You can also vist a men's formal wear department (e.g. Macy's, Nordstron, Menswarehouse etc. Alternatively you can follow our instructional videos. You can't go wrong with the help of a friend and a tape measure, you can get your exact measurements in just 10 minutes. Our tailors will also double check all measurements submitted, if something doesn’t look right, we’ll email you and let you know
